Wyoming Food Coalition

A Wyoming-based non-profit dedicated to strengthening local food systems by connecting stakeholders and amplifying their voices to ensure Wyoming producers, consumers, and environments thrive.

 

Wyoming Hunger Initiative

An initiative of Wyoming's First Lady, Jennie Gordon, the Wyoming Hunger Initiative works to prevent food insecurity by increasing awareness and support for the work of local anti-hunger organizations statewide through innovative programs that connect like-minded organizations as well as funding support for local solutions.

Wyoming Table

Wyoming Table connects interested regional, national, and international buyers with our local producers. It’s where customers in and out of Wyoming can access the most delicious food and drinks from you, our local ranchers, farmers, brewers, distillers, and more.

 

Eat Wyoming

Offering online ordering and delivery of locally grown Wyoming foods by connecting customers to Wyoming farmers and ranchers.

Growing Food and Justice for All Initiative (GFJI)

An initiative aimed at dismantling racism and empowering low-income and communities of color through sustainable and local agriculture. Based in Milwaukee, WI.

 

How to Eat Ethically and Sustainably on a Budget

Harvesting Opportunities

"Harvesting Opportunity: The Power of Regional Food System Investments to Transform Communities," published as a partnership between the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's agencies of Rural Development and the Agricultural Marketing Service focuses on regional food systems as a means for enhancing economic opportunity.

Civil Eats is a daily news source for critical thought about the American food system. We publish stories that shift the conversation around sustainable agriculture in an effort to build economically and socially just communities.

Big Hunger

Oregon Tilth

Oregon Tilth makes our food system and agriculture biologically sound and socially equitable and requires us to find practical ways to tackle big challenges. We advance this mission to balance the needs of people and planet through focus on core areas of certification, conservation, social equity, policy, and the marketplace.

Seed Money

A Maine-based 501(c)3 nonprofit that is helping public food gardens to start and thrive by offering them grants, access to crowdfunding and technical assistance with garden planning.

 

The Wallace Center at Winrock International

The Wallace Center supports entrepreneurs and communities as they build a new, 21st-century food system that is healthier for people, the environment, and the economy.
